Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot offer refunds or returns on perfume samples. This policy is in place to protect the health and safety of all our customers.
Why No Returns?
Perfume samples are personal care products that come into direct contact with skin. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used samples.

Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged sample due to shipping issues, we will replace it at no cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
