Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on TryTheScent for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

Product Information

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time. Payment is due at the time of purchase.

Shipping and Delivery

We will make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe. However, delivery times may vary and we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or other factors beyond our control.

Returns and Refunds

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot offer refunds or returns on perfume samples. However, we guarantee that all samples are authentic and properly packaged. If you receive a damaged sample, we'll replace it at no cost.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TryTheScent or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on TryTheScent.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state or location.
